This NWD vintage Gymboree Snowflake Glamour velour jacket in toddler girls' sizes is made of 80% cotton, 20% polyester.  The hoodie is made of a light aqua blue and ivory striped velour knit.  It has a zippered front, side pockets, elastic cuffs and a hood with two pink tulle rosettes.
 
Note:  Defect:  There are two tiny spots on the hood that may or may not come out in the wash.  They are not very noticeable. See photos.
