This NWT vintage Gymboree dress from the 2010 Girl's Best Friend collection is in infant and toddler girls' sizes.  The light whirlpool blue and ivory striped dress is made of soft velour fabric.  The dress has long sleeves and an oversized turtleneck cowl-style neckline with ribbon bows at the shoulders.  A light blue knit diaper cover / bloomers is included up to size 3T.
