These NWD vintage Gymboree shorts in kid girls' sizes are made of 55% linen, 45% cotton.  The woven shorts are a violet purple with a smocked elastic waist, front pockets and vent hems.
 
There is a very small dot on the right front pocket area just below the waistband.  See photos.
