This NWT vintage Gymboree Snowflake Glamour coral cable sweater dress in kid girls' sizes is made of cotton and acrylic.  The coral sweater knit dress has a varied cable pattern with sewn-on gem accents. It has a wider neckband (not quite a mock turtleneck), long sleeves with narrow cuffs and a banded hem. 
 
This sweater is a great choice to pair with leggings, as it can also work as a tunic length sweater top!
