This NWD vintage Gymboree hair accessory from the 2004 Glamour Princess collection is made of plastic puppy dogs with crowns with tiny gem accents set on pale lavender ponytail holder elastics.  Set of 2 ponytail holders per card. Princess Chihuahua.
 
NWD: The ponytail holders are still attached to the original card and are unused.  These have been marked as New with Defects because the card is both discolored and damaged and the ponytail elastics are over 20 years old.  There is a high probability that the elastic will fail quickly (perhaps the first time they are used) and will need to be reset on fresh elastics somehow.
