This NWT vintage Gymboree dress from the 2010 Merry and Bright collection is in kid girls' sizes.  The charcoal gray knit fabric has dark large multi-colored pink/green/ivory/yellow polka dots. It has an oversized turtleneck collar (almost a cowl neckline) with pink ribbon bows at the sides.  The dress has long sleeves of ivory knit for a layered look.  The size 6 measures approximately 25" from the base of the neck to the hem.
