This NWT vintage Gymboree ivory shirt from the 2010 Girl's Best Friend collection is in infant and toddler girls' sizes.  The ivory knit top has slightly puffed long sleeves and blue pickstitching around the collar and cuffs and a keyhole back for easy dressing.  Appliqued on the front is a brown corduroy heart with light blue polka dots.
