This NWT vintage Gymboree shirt in kid girls' sizes is made of 100% cotton.  The bright taffy pink tee has three large candies with sequin accents appliqued on the front with the words "salt water taffy".  It has short sleeves and a round neckline.
 
Note:  The embroidery on the top has little gaps in the stitching on the words.  See the close-up photo for a sample of this look.
