This NWT vintage Gymboree shirt in infant and toddler girls' sizes is made of 100% cotton.  This tee is white knit with a cafe window scene with a cat and dog embroidered on the front.  The top has short, banded sleeves and a 3D tulle pinwheel which is highlighter pink.
